Return policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND TERMS OF RETURN

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of his order to exercise their legal right of withdrawal.

The customer can return to Rosalia Bijoux one or more items from the said order.

The return of products is the responsibility of the customer and is at his own risk.

The customer acknowledges that additional customs costs related to the return of a product from abroad will be the responsibility of the customer.

MAYAN recommends being vigilant about tracking the return package and encourages the customer to keep solid proof of shipment (preferably with tracking). The customer can choose the carrier of his choice.

Items returned by the customer must be new, unworn, unused or having been the subject of any use. Items must be returned in sturdy, protective packaging.

If item is returned in non-protective packaging and damaged Rosalia Jewelry will not issue refunds.

Failing to comply with these return conditions, the package will be returned to the customer at his expense and will not result in any refund.

Upon receipt of the return of the order, the seller will process a refund, excluding the initial shipping costs (within 15 days).

The customer must indicate by email to rosalia.bijoux@gmail.com the reasons for the return.

Unless otherwise indicated by the customer, reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as that used for payment of the initial order.
