Refund Policy
Send us an email at rosalia.bijoux@gmail.com to let us know you want to return your purchase and give us the reason so that we can improve your experience as much as possible.
You have 14 days to return one or more items from receipt of the order.
We will refund upon receipt of your return. To obtain it, the returned items must be new, unworn, unused or having been the subject of any use whatsoever. Items must be returned in protective packaging. Returned items that are damaged will not be refunded. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
EUROPE + DOM TOM & INTERNATIONAL : If you want to return an item it will be at your expense.
