Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to change your mind. Satisfied or refunded: if the jewel does not suit you or you want to change the size, you can exchange it or return it for a refund within 14 days maximum.

For a return, we will make the refund upon receipt. To obtain it, the returned items must be new, unworn, unused or having been the subject of any use whatsoever. Items must be returned in protective packaging. Returned items that are damaged will not be refunded.

Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days, free delivery

Europe and Switzerland: 2 to 5 working days, free delivery

DOM TOM: 7 to 15 working days, free delivery

Your orders are shipped from LA POSTE. Each item of jewelery is packaged and protected in a box or a satin clutch personalized by RosaliaJewellery.

Warranty

Our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year against faults or hidden defects. Normal use or wear and tear not covered by warranty. If your jewelry has been damaged as a result of improper handling or if a modification of the jewelry has been made by you, the guarantee cannot unfortunately be triggered.

How do I track my order?

When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive all tracking information in a future email. You will therefore be able to follow your order directly from the post office's website. If we have, by mistake, forgotten to specify your tracking number: do not hesitate to send us a short message.

You can go to the La Poste website, in order to enter this tracking number and follow the progress of your order.

My tracking number is not yet active: is it wrong?

NO, don't worry, it's not wrong! The order has been dropped off at the post office, but they haven't processed it yet/they haven't scanned the tracking number yet. Why ? Because those are also humans: if they are overwhelmed that day, then they will put them aside and deal with them the next day.

I made a mistake in my address, what can I do?

Don't panic! If you figure it out quickly enough, you're fine. Just contact us immediately by mail: rosalia.bijoux@gmail.com.

If the order has already been shipped, no more changes can be made.
